How Is PHandF Different From A Gym Membership?

We provide a personalized experience offering guidance, safety, and measurable results. Every session is customized and focused on helping you move better, get stronger, and stay healthy long term. Our personal trainers remove the guesswork for you, creating efficient workout sessions that are built specifically for you.

How Long Do Sessions Last?

Our training sessions are available in 30-minute or one-hour durations, with most clients opting for the efficient 30-minute session. We typically recommend two to three sessions per week. Each session is designed to maximize results while respecting your time.

How Do I Get Started?

Getting started is easy! Give us a call at 615-822-1866 or fill out the form on our contact page to schedule your first session. Before you arrive; please print out and complete our client intake forms and bring them with you.

Do You Offer Group Classes?

Nope, everything is one-on-one. Your time, safety, and progress come first. One-on-one coaching allows for better results, fewer setbacks, and a program designed entirely around your progress.
