Our training is designed to help reduce joint pain and chronic back pain.  Stronger muscles that are worked through specific ranges of motion show reduced pain levels and improved functioning.


Increased Gains

Our training will allow for maximum strength gains for those who desire to be pushed to their limits.

Proper Exercise Training

  Our expertise and your desire will allow us to train you to the correct levels of intensity but also with SAFETY in mind.  Training form will be taught to maximize both safety and results


2 or 3 workouts per week is all that is necessary for your results


ONLY 60-90 minutes per week of Exercise

  • Industry Experience: Since 1988

  • Former field positions held: Education, Medical, physical Therapy, Corporate Wellness

  • Experienced with obesity, diabetes, hypertension, pain management, arthritis, joint replacement, cancer survivors


John Layman- N.F.P.T. Certified Personal Trainer

  • Industry experience: Since 1981

  • Former manager of fitness centers , Cincinnati, OH

  • Experience with professional, college and high school athletes

  • Experienced in rehabbing neck, back, knee, shoulder, etc.


Dalton Heath -Strength Training specialist

  • B.S. Degree - Exercise Science, Trevecca Nazarene University

  • Former Collegiate Athlete

  • Experience with training athletes


Susan Davault- N.F.P.T. Certified Personal Trainer

  • B.S. Degree- Arlington Baptist

  • Industry experience: Since 2004

  • Former athlete , multiple sports

  • Former teacher and basketball coach


Shelby Farley- N.A.S.M Certified personal trainer
